What should I prepare before the call?

A rough description of the decision problem is enough. If you can share current tools, where trust breaks down, what leadership wants to improve, and whether you are considering a vendor tool or internal build, the session will be more useful.

What happens after I submit?

I review the issue, route it to the right engagement path, and reply within 24-48 hours. That reply may recommend the 90-minute diagnostic review, a sprint, AI software diligence, a direct scoped build discussion, an enablement conversation, or a hiring follow-up.

Do you work with teams outside Germany?

Yes. I am based near Stuttgart and primarily work across DACH and Europe, with remote collaboration as the default model.

Should I contact you before I buy AI software or launch a chatbot?

Yes. That is usually the better moment. It is much easier to challenge vendor claims, data-flow assumptions, escalation design, and real ROI before you commit than after the product is already inside the workflow.
